Yes! thats Mr Potts, playing “Valencia harbour” if I’m right. all the best. 
Endless pipers have and are playing “Valencia Harbor” but one more very good version is played by Kirk Lynch and recorded about 1986 on SCARTAGLEN’s cassette titled “THE MIDDLE PATH”. It’s worth searching it out.
