PLease take this as just constructive critisism. As a self employed entrepineur I always return messages to clients. Maybe you should too. I PM’d you a month ago.
I would apologise to you but I have no record of any messages from you and I never miss a reply. What was your message. In future you should not post negative comments about my professionalism on a public site as this can do irreparable damage to a reputation. I had a comment like this before and after some investigation it transpired that the other person had not sent the message.
I have double checked and treble checked and there are absolutely no messages from you. So you must not have sent it properly
Sorry, that’s not the way it works here. Users are allowed to post honest comments, positive or negative, about makers and sellers, so long as they are factual and based on first hand experience. Drone’s post seems to meet those guidelines, which are outlined in our CCCP policy announcement.
Of course, your reply here is appropriate as well.
That said, we strongly advise users to resolve misunderstandings like this in private, and not on the public forums.

So far, banbaireland has been straight up with me and very helpful…reed making is tricky stuff and Martin has answered my questions in a timely fashion. Thanks.

Many thanks for those kind words gents. As I have stated I have no messages from the user who has the grievance if I had then a reply would have been sent.

It was definately not my intention to damadge youre reputation so if you felt enbarrased from it at all than I deeply apologize and I do beleive you if you say you didnt get my emails but I did try to contact you through youre website link when you first posted here on this forum quite some time ago and I felt put off and made an irrational decision. I could have tried to PM you through this froum instead of making a public situation about it. Please accept my apologies. I’m sure you are a great lad to deal with.

He had the dimensions on file, had them made and sent off very quickly.

Allow me to confirm that Martin is a highly diligent professional. He has been helping me reed a very tricky chanter without the benefit of the chanter in his workshop. He has been extremely helpful and committed.
