I am Ted and my website is piperssupply.com. I have an abundance of hard to find 3.5 to 5.0mm diameter tenor drone cane. It is well cured, straight and makes great reeds. Medir sells this size for 1.50 Euro each, which is about $2.00 per tube. For a limited time I am offering it in a ten tube minimum order for $1.00 per tube, a half price sale. 4.0 to 5.0mm is the normal size for tenor drones. I have found a few tenor drones on flat pipes that like something under 4.0mm, so I normally sell it at 3.5 to 5.0mm. If you have no use for anything under 4.0mm or, for example 4.3mm, I will select tubes to your minimum. The largest will be 5.0mm and you specify the smallest diameter you want. If you want 4.5 to 5.0, that is what I will send. If you only want smaller tubes, for example 3.8 to 4.2mm for your flat set, I will select that size. One caveat, I require a 0.4mm spread in dimensions; for example 4.4 to 4.8mm would be fine but I won’t select 4.4 to 4.7mm. I also have cane under 3.5mm at the same sale price if your NSP needs a new tenor reed. The sale will remain in effect until my stock drops to what I consider a normal amount of stock for me.
