Does anyone know where one can acquire cane for drone reeds? My bass drone reed didn’t make it through last night’s session (this may have had something to do with trying to tune it whilst pished… um, don’t do that) and it looks like I’m going to have to make another one. A*rse.

I have some very good drone cane now for sale in all different sizes, including large and small. It’s $2 per quill.
The drone cane was donated to me by a member of this board ( “vanfleet”. Thanks Jim!) at the Piper’s Gathering in Vermont last August ).

I picked up some very nice drone cane from Mike Hulme. It’s French cane. I found it to be very good. In addition, Mike’s great to deal with.
