Calling C&F Geek Oracle: DVD audio to CD

Dear C&F Geek Oracle,

I have a couple of DVD’s of my favorite jazz performers playing live. I’d like to burn the soundtrack of these DVDs to CD-R. Anybody know of software that will do this?

Yeah, I was hoping for something more specifically just to rip the audio so I can burn an audio CD of the DVD soundtrack. I guess these products might do that.
