I haven’t been here in this pub or the forums for over a year now or so and my login and password still work!!! It’s very quiet here this morning with all our Christmas festivities last night after church. So I’m sitting here quietly just surfing or looking through forgotten links when I click on one that use to be part of my daily life — hourly life it seems and I find the same friendly names still posting away, what a warm comfortable feeling it is!
Nice to see you all again! And knowing that the Pub hasn’t changed all that much, still warm, still hilarious, outrageous and just good time friendly! It’s nice to know that there is one (un)stable constant in this world today!
So I wish you all a great holiday(s) and Season greetings! I don’t know if I will be back anytime soon, life for me has changed quite a bit and I play very little now but it is a good change and I’m happy with it. But it was good seeing you all again!

My retirement plans have and gone a bit awry, I/we were hoping to go in September 2009 but I have been approached to apply for the CEO/Chief Librarian’s position that will become available in five months at the Windsor Public Library. We’ve talked long and hard into the nights and days on this, it will mean at least a five year commitment on my part taking me almost to seventy years of age. It is tempting and I do have a vision and an idea of where I want this library system to be in the 21st century, even though as a one industry auto manufacturing city, that is tanking and bleeding jobs and taxes, it will be a challenge!
