Does anyone know where a good supply of Brass round head nails or tacks might be found? Mail order is fine. I need 3/16 to 3/8 inch heads.

You might try an upholstery supplier. They sell brass nails, but mostly as decoration now as the new trend to hold fabric to frames is to use long staples. A friend of mine at an upholstery warehouse says they get less and less orders for brass tacks, so the price will either go up, or they will slowly phase out. What do we do then?
