i am from there… and when i moved down here to florida, there were none other than myself anywhere in the area… HOWEVER, just to the west in Charlottesville, there is some of the finest irish trad in the US… and a few pipers haunt those fine historic halls… when you get down there, send me a PM and i will fill you in on the sessions up there… two diff. ones on sunday to which a piper gil hocker (of the famous engraved lynch pipes fame) goes…
