It is a loop, I don’t think that the individual lines are placed in randomly, but some do repeat. Splicing bits of audio from the movie was interesting and I think that there was an attempt to match some of the video movements to the sound.
But I kind of like the story in the first place (even Disney hatchet job of combining two books). It is worth reading The Annotated Alice if you like the story.
Okay, It looks like it searches youtube and renders any of its content into a similar thing, the techno one seems to work really well, Others would be a bit different.

Strange, talk of Alice…the granddaughter’s 6th birthday is Friday and her school’s class is going to Bristol to the theater to watch a live production of Alice. Since that’s one of her favorites it worked out well-she thinks it’s for her birthday 
Everyone should read or re-read Alice as an adult…gives a different take on lots of stuff…
