Hello all,
I have several instruments that I no longer play – or play very infrequently – and would like to sell to someone who would enjoy and get some use out of them:
Dixon tunable Low-D, like new, $50 plus shipping. A nice whistle with an excellent tone, but I hardly ever play it because usually I’m playing my Howard Low-D.
Ralph Cook tunable Low-D, #458, $50 plus shipping. Black-painted PVC. Also a good player in excellent condition. Some call these collector’s items, as no more are being made. Comes with a corduroy case.
Hoover tunable quiet brass C, #234, $30 plus shipping. A very nice whistle. I have several other Hoovers that I would never part with, but the quiet version is not my cup of tea.
Weltmeister model 510 button accordion in gray pearloid, C#/D Irish tuning, 21 treble and 8 bass buttons. This an excellent beginner-to-intermediate instrument. The action is particularly nice – responsive and quite fast. I have been told by knowledgeable persons that the action is superior to that of the Hohner Double Ray. I bought it new in March 2004, but have since decided to focus on my one-row melodeon. So, it is in perfect, like-new condition. Swing-tuned. It comes with two straps and a soft case. Asking $400, plus shipping. If you bought one new, you would pay between $700-1,000.
I can email photos of any of these instruments on request.
Please PM or email me with questions or offers. Thanks!
