I am not from Germany, but I remember there were good irish musicians in the Strasbourg/Kehl area, if you are in the south.

I live in Germany (North). I like whistle music, haven’t heard any over here. Got a new whistle for Christmas, but can’t really describe myself as a whistle-player yet.
