Whistle teacher Raleigh/Durham area

I am looking for a tin whistle teacher in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. Does anyone out there know of one?
Thanks,
Jamie Conway

I found this online:

Tir Na Nog at 218 S Blount St, Raleigh has a weekly Irish music session each Sunday. The beginner lesson is held from 3-4pm where a tune is taught by hear. A slow jam runs from 4-5pm where tunes learned at the session are played. From 5 on anything goes. Check out their web site at http://www.nogirishsession.com for more information.

Might be a good start to locate a teacher.

Some other sessions:

Yeah, not so much anymore. It is a good session, but the
lady who used to run it as a teaching session has quit and
it is now a regular session running from 3-6. It is a good
place to meet folks though, as are the other area sessions.

I and others at the sessions can give you pointers, but as
for a teacher, Rob Sharer is your man.
