I know there a lot of ethnically Irish people in Cleveland so I’m hoping some of them might be music teachers. Does anyone know of any?
BTW I’m also ethnically Canadian (3 grandparents born and raised in SW Ontario the 4th in Dublin) Any others here?

burnsbyrne, you might want to check out your local Hibernians club. I live just south of Akron, and in Akron they give whistle lessons on Wednesday nights at Hibernians.
