"whistle blowers" in the news!!!

Has everyone noticed all the attention to
“whistle blowers” in the news lately?
The poor guys are getting sued and fired
and interviewed on the national news
broadcasts constantly, since the Enron
mess.
Should we be insulted at the term
“whistle-blower” and start a campaign
for the media to stop insulting us or what??
lolly

Do you think they end up in hot water because they “blow the whistle” on someone without cleaning it out first?..Yuck!

The question is -
which whistle did they blow?
Was it a Clarke? Or a Generation? Or an Acorn? Or… which was it?

Must have been a 2nd octave Generation high G for it to cause so much ruckus…

Hey, don’t pick on my Gen high G. I have one of the old ones with the lead fipple plug and the sneaky lil’ devil is fast becoming my favorite instrument.

Lets not forget the “whistle blowing” policy that states have for employees who turn in nasty illegal habits that are happening in governmental offices!

Never mind, I just read the FIRST post again and repeated it…gods I need more coffee…

It might be a comfort to reflect that whistle-blowers enjoy particularly strong First-Amendment Rights in the workplace. The Constitution protects whistle-blowers.

I’ll wear the monicker proudly!
