Looks like a Vargas whistle.
I’m very sure I haven’t made any whistle for Breda Smyth which is the performer in the video, although is both looks and sounds like one of mine.
The fipple looks very glossy, and it also appears to be of the current Feadóg-design, but to my knowledge these fipples come in green,-not black.
-Are the current fipples also available in black too?
This looks a bit like a brass Humphrey I have. Mine is in B but the fipple looks pretty close. Anyone else with a Humphrey out there?
Humphrey would’ve been my second guess, or Reyburn or Dixon trad but the mouthpiece looks different than those. It really looks like a Clare whistle, although I haven’t seen a brass one with the black mouthpiece.
I looked at the Feadog website, and it appears that they are selling feadogs in a couple of tube colors, and it looks like the fipple on the black one and maybe some of the others is black.

so it could be the fipple of a black one on a different tube.
I’ll have to look at the mouthpiece in the video again but Generation, Feadog and Clare all make black mouthpieces, so the whistle in the video could be a frankenstein whistle.
Oak? great playing
Looks like the Feadog head that comes with the nickel body - standard and “Pro”.
The body is brass - probably also feadog - but could be anything. The clarity of the G indicates that the head is either worked-on, or is a particularly good “off-the-shelf” head.
Brilliant playing, of course.

What strikes me the most is the glossy appearance of the fipple. I only have experience with the green Feadòg fipples, and they’re not this glossy.
So … how glossy are yours? 
Personally I try to get my fipple glossed as often as possible.
Breda Smyth, on the video, is using a natural brass ACORN](http://photos.friendster.com/photos/80/52/5982508/1_815750886l.jpg%22%3E%3Cb%3EACORN) whistle that is semi tarnished and the label sticker removed.
Acorns have the same mouthpiece used in oaks so if you see that familiar gloss, that would be it.

Yep - that’s the one.
The higher step-down from the ramp section confirms it - that in combination with the slightly more rounded contours on the stepdown (and the gloss of course!).
In Gens, I look for the conical protuberance on the ramp. In Waltons I look for the faceted ferule-section. Clarkes are all conical, the hand-makers all have distinct looks. The tweakers all have individual styles. Feadog mark 3 have that slick, pleasing line (MK 1 is a legend - has the big, chunky ramp-line), but I have never seen an Oak/Acorn in person.
I went looking for Oak when I set-up Oz Whistles - sent a few emails and nothing happened (similar with Walton). So I assumed they thought I was beneath them and gave-up (businesses that do not lead with respect do not deserve respect). Perhaps I should have persevered? … nah!
The close-ups in the vid show that there’s no filling in the sub-windway cavity (unless it is black) - and yet, the G, D and E have no stand-out issues.
Anyone here know anyone from Oak who gives a damn??
