I wouldn’t be encouraging anyone that mooned their own water. 
Sorry, the Moon is right over my house. The planes of my property lines encompass the region on the moon that contain water, it’s mine and my heirs. Plus I own the recreational easment and mineral rights for all the rest.
I withdraw my claim and officially pass my mooned water to the rightfull owner and said owners heirs.
