Hi whistlers,for all of you who have visited the Kerrywhistles site and have looked at and/or downloaded the video’s,I would like some feedback as to the clips themselves.I have hours of footage and will be making all the footage available to you over the weeks and months.Do you think the clips are too long/short,is the quality of sound and vision OK,would you like to see more than just whistles being played?If Ihave left anything out please let me know.If you have not seen the the site yet ,please take a look at http://www.kerrywhistles.com,you are very welcome.

The website is fantastic. Because I have DSL, filesize (to me) is not an issue as they load much faster than they play. I’m looking to see as much resolution and sound quality as you can get. If this brings up a problem with bandwidth, you might have two versions of each file available. Medium resolution for 56k modems and High resolution for DSL or cablemodems.
As far as the material content goes, soloist work playing some airs gets my vote.
Though off-topic to your website, many top players also play Uilleann Pipes. I would guess you probably have some Uilleann pipe footage as well. Can you add a small section of other instruments… perhaps some whistle & pipe duets ?

Your site would have to be one of the best whistle sites webpages, I have ever seen. The flash is awsome! I too also have DSL, and I had no problem downloading stuff from your site. Keep up the good work!

Phil, thank you very much for your videos, great stuff mate!! Very enjoyable . Regarding any suggestions, I would only encurage you with your efforts of getting more videos up there, perhaps if its possible I might make one, that would be to include a download size so I know how much memory the vids take. Just an idea.
