I was in Kilfenora cathedral just now, listening to some lovely music.

Mayo fluteplayer Jillian O’Malley mentioned she’ll be launching a solo CD ‘An Bhearna Bhán’ next Friday at the Louisburgh festival. One to keep an eye out for, she has tasty music.

Not perhaps relevant for everybody here but maybe it is for a few early Willie week arrivals hanging around Clare by the end of the month.

I just saw posters up for another launch/concert for this CD, Jillian O Malley with Catherine McHugh – Piano, Kaitlin Cullen-Verhauz – Cello and Noel O’Grady - bouzouki.
