To the best of my knowledge there is only 2 places in Glasgow giving Uilleann tuition at the moment.
The National Piping Centre (but check if they are still doing it - It was Simon McKerral teaching the course).
Irish Minstrels CCE (At St Rochs school from 7-8.30 on Tuesdays during term time) - The Glasgow UP club operates from there at the moment - PM Uilliam as he is the tutor. (Though if Danny McClafferty is there, he, is like yourself a highland piper who took up uilleann and would be a good person to talk to).
