Don’t go away!! It’s just that those of us with more history with the Whistle Shop in general and Thom Larson in particular know that he really is a good guy.
And I bet when this is all over you’ll find that out too. You are correct however that we are all crazy.

Yeah touw, c’mon back… don’t be so thin skinned.
I normally don’t post much here…but it’s a shame to see stuff like this happening. I read the other thread, and I didn’t see any negativity in touw’s comments…I think this is why I avoid message boards. Something similar happened to me on another message board, and it just takes the fun out of posting. As far as the whistle shop is concerned, I’ve ordered all my whistle there and have been really satisfied (except for the extra UPS charges, since I’m in Canada. However, I was warned about it, so I expected it!)
That’s pretty much all I wanted to say!

Welcome back Touw. We are wild and crazy and love to have a good time. I picture us all sitting around a kitchen table sloshing beer and and good single malt and playiing music and talking about anything anyone wants to. And no matter how heated or ridicoulus we get we are all still at the table making music and laughing WITH each other. I think there is a trust in this group that you will not find anywhere else. A trust that allowes us to speak freely whats on our mind and in our hearts, each in their own way. You will see what I mean as time goes on.
