These simple combinations - “!?” and “?!” - are lumped together by some by the the incorrect term “interrobang”, which is actually the obscure symbol “‽”. If like me you don’t have a true interrobang on your character map, then you have to make do, and whatever you call it, it’s the thought that counts.
Wikipedia is useful for looking up character codes. You can even search characters by cutting and pasting and searching in wikipedia†. …, …, and … are three different ways of displaying an ellipsis. There is even different space sises that are not filtered out like normal double—spacing does.
I got that, but no matter the character code, if your computer doesn’t have a font with the redesigned ellipsis, all you’ll get is three periods or an empty box.
