After emailing Jones Soda Co. about a cool (but trivial) little thing where you could drink through the perforation of the cap on their pop bottles, not only did they reply kindly, but asked for my adress and sent me a package with a T-shirt, stickers, magnets, etc. in it!
Inside was a postcard with a hand-scrawled message in it that said: “Thanks for letting us know about the quirky cap! It’s always great to hear from our customers! Here’s some Jones Stuff for you!”
[makes mental note to never buy any soda but jones ever again]
I used to belong to an online pro-eating disorder group (don’t ask me to explain, I can’t), and the people there didn’t want to spend money on food, so what they did is write all these different companies, and falsely claim that they got cereal/ice cream/soup/whatever that was molded or that tasted bad.
Almost all the companies would send coupons for free food or actually send food. I remember that it worked extremely well with cereal companies and chip companies.
One girl posted the reply she got back from the company, and they explained how mold could form on cereal and everything, and there wasn’t even any real cereal in real life.
unscrew them and then screw them on again not all the way. Some need to be looser than others making it leak from the seam before it leaks from the perforation, making it pointless.
Cranberry, wow.
Toughnot, thats why you but the big gallon-sized jars from costco.
