Quite nice as well. As if I were qualified to comment, I wish it would have had a little more vibrato.
Because I’m no show-off player I’ve only been at this whole whistle-thing for 9 months or so. Still practicing my cuts, taps and rolls. And vibrato’s: I’m not quite sure how to make those sound nice yet.
If you want, I could try to ornament it a bit this afternoon and upload that version as well.

Well, this thread was totally unsuccesful.
Not for me it wasn’t. I’m glad you started it. The encouraging words that I received are absoultely priceless to me.
I do wish more people had joined in. Maybe people are afraid of being critixized, instead of thanked.
I don’t think it has anything at all to do with fear of being criticized. Personally, I think most people just don’t particularly care about playing their national anthem on the whistle. A great number of us on the board are Americans and slowair has done a nice job of our song, so there’s no point in anyone else playing it. The folks from countries other than the U.S. that I can think of off the top of my head probably aren’t interested in a national anthem post as they play other types of music.
