…for all the victims of the latest World Trade Center attacks…
…and for the victims of the Pentagon attack, and of course the families of all involved…
Let us pray for this country. This seems to be just the beginning.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all! This has effected (and affected) the entire world with reports of evacuations/communication disturbances/horror and compassion.
Take care,

The horror is beyond comprehension.
I am with my parents in upstate New York now, about 90 miles north of the city. This is such a nightmare. Phone communication is not so good, probably because everyone is trying to use it at once. My dad’s friend is here, trying to call all of his family members and so forth, as his gallery and apartment are in NYC. Geez. It could get a lot worse for the world.

My sister-in-law works at the Pentagon. She was definitely there. My brother, who works at the Dept of Commerce, has gone on foot to look for her. My mom is our communication link with everyone, sitting at home stressing. I’m having a hard time focusing at work.

Mine too. This is so horrible it’s hard to know what to say.

Our thoughts and prayers with all of you in the US. I feel so bad…

Still stunned in SD…unimaginable!
I am so shocked by what has happened, and no words that I can find seem appropriate to express my sorrow, but Tony, and all our friends affected by this unbelievable manifestation of wickedness, please accept my sincere best wishes.
Mick
Thanks, guys. I count you as my friends, that’s why I told you. I’ll certainly update you when I get news that my sister-in-law is ok. I’m optimistic, just nervous.
Tony
It’s still so hard to believe. . . beyond imagining
Our thoughts and prayers to all those countless victims, their families and friends, to all in fear and sorrow now for their loved ones, a special prayer for you, Tony. I’m lost for words. God bless you all!

Our prayers go out to those who were caught up in this attack, and their families, and should also support those who are conducting the response now in progress.
I am thankful particularly for the good wishes expressed here and elsewhere by those who do not live in the United States and are not among our citizens. They are much appreciated.
To many of our students here at the university, who have no experience of an event of this magnitude, I have cited history and pointed out that our nation, and our people, are much stronger than this. We will recover.

May God help us all..
To those in New York especially, but those around the world affected by this tragedy, My prayers and thoughts are with you each this day.
May peace some day reign, if not today.
Daniel
Tony,
I will pray for you before my next class arrives. For a while, just a little while, I understood how you feel (my brother works in DC, occasionally in the pentagon). Hang in there, my friend.
Tom
To my family and dear friends in the United States on this forum --May at this moment, may your Lord wrap the arms of comfort around you all and keep you safe.
