Um…that’s not a secret at all. Zubvika lives there, if I’m not mistaken…
Indeed, but he’s been keeping the head resolutely down for some time. I’ll be going to a spot just across the river from there next week, and tried in vain to contact him. Guess I’ll just have to walk up and down the main street in Mesquer (assuming there is one) and look for evidence of a wordsmith on speed. 
I spoke to him today and he’s booking my hotel for the festival next month.
He sounded good and I look forward to sharing a few bevs with him.
He lives in Quimiac just next door to Mesquer,ask in the hotel in the middle of town for Paul the photographer.
If you can get down to the festival next month you’ll have a great time.
