Thanks to all those who were so helpful. My new Dell is all set up and it’s great. Internet connection is swift and sure. The 3-in-1 printer works well as a stand alone fax for business. Most important, the new top line sound card is great - mic and pre-amp hooked in direct and the Creative Wave program is just like Goldwave for recording and saving and sending music files - only much easier to use. There is also something in this baby that is like the Transcribe program with looping and slow down without key change. I am happy with the system.
