Thanks Jerry! I have my first whistle :-)

This is my first whistle - a Freeman-tweaked Shaw D - and I’m lovin it!

I had been learning a few IrTrad tunes on my silver flute… this stuff is addictive!

Just wanted to say Thanks! to Jerry. He does great work and is a pleasure to do business with.

All the Best

Mine is coming! My first Jerrynation (or is it Gerryration?).

Jerreration. Sounds like Astro on the Jetsons.

Gen F: The Freeman Generation!

I’m a Gen-effer!

I also have a Jerration on order from the Whistle Shop.

Bob

I just ordered my Jerry today, and i cant wait for it to come in!!!

heh I have a Jerration D on order from Whistle and Drum. hoping it gets here soon

Sounds like Jerry has been busy

Even tho this is my first whistle I’m really impressed with how well it sounds and plays all thru 2 octaves (i can’t go any higher yet )

Sounded really sweet tonight

Oh wow! I got mine. It has a red cap, the Generations logo and a picture of mouse. This is got to be the most balanced whistle in the world.

Jerry, you’re a genius!

g

I’m in line… also going to have him tweek some of my old ones…

I had problems with C natural. So far, I think oxxxxo gives the best C on this whistle.

Everyone runs away when I try to hit that high B… ???

This is a characteristic of the Shaw whistles. You have to hunt around for the best Cnat.

Best wishes,
Jerry

Lol… I practice in the car (when someone else is driving)… then they can’t run away… mwuuhahahaaaaaaaa

Of course, it probably increases our risk of collision, at least on my side of the car…

Atlanta’s perpetual grid-lock makes it an ideal car-whistle city. Congratulations Mike on your first whistle! First of many, I’m sure.

Ah ha! thanks! My Cnat is starting to sound better  My high B is getting a little better too

!?! that’s a sinister laugh

Hi Paul! Nice to meet someone close to home. I285 gives me nightmares, LOL!

That will probably be true. I’m really enjoying this and, hate to say it but… I’m already wondering how other whistles sound and play. Actually, I’d like to get a 6-hole flute (I have a silver C flute) but that’s a little too much moola right now

I just got mine yesterday, and I agree, it’s a very well balanced whistle! Very even tone and volume accross both octaves. It’s a WTCWFN!! (whistle that cured whoa for now)

Bob

I should add that if this had been my first whistle, it most likely would be my only whistle! All the others are now in early retirement.

Bob

Can I order one straight from you??? Or do I need to go through a store?

Thanks!
Nancy

Hi, Nancy.

Yes, you can order directly from me. Send an email, and I’ll give you the details.

Best wishes,
Jerry
