Got my Jerry Freeman tweaked Bluebird whistle today

My Jerry Freeman tweaked whistle arrived today. It is a great whistle!! I had never played a tweaked whistle before and was curious about them. This whistle plays as easily as my high-end whistles. Beginners who are using off the shelf inexpensive whistles need to try the tweaked whistles. Mine is 100 times better than any of my off the shelf inexpensive whistles. I recommend the Bluebird to anyone new to playing. Great whistle!!!

As an “early adopter” I can tell you that you’re gonna love that whistle. The Eb model is really fun too.

My Gen C is fun to play as well, Jerry does a great job.

I ordered an Eb Bluebird to keep my Shaw D company on the way back from Jerry’s workshop. I can’t wait!!!

Update: My Eb Bluebird arrived today, and I have to say that it lives up to the hype and more. Fantastic whistle! And thank you Jerry for saving my Shaw. It sounds fabulous as well.

I will be ordering a D Bluebird sometime in the near future. (I have a birthday coming up) :party:

It’s so cool to see that you are still at it Jerry. Many years ago you tweaked and sent me a Shaw and today I was having a whistle day and in my hands was that Shaw. I know it’s been years since I’ve checked out the forum, much water under the bridge, not much better with a whistle or a flute but I still hammer away every once and a while. Anyway, glad your still here and doing what you do. I find that I rarely play my hi-end whistles and, instead, reach for the Shaw or a tweaked Gen. or my favorite unknown…

I like my Bluebird so well I ordered a tweaked Bb from Jerry. Can’t wait to get it! :smiley:

I got my Bluebird today, along with a Mellow Dog D/C, and Generation Bb and A. All are great whistles. You can’t go wrong with Jerry!
