Silver Bells and accidents? HELP!

I have been playing Christmas songs by ear for the past week or so and I want to learn to play Silver Bells. I know it starts out c a g e c a g e. You know, (City Side walks, Busy sidewalks). Well I get so far and then it goes all wrong! Are there are some accidentals(if that’s what they are called) in there? I can’t figure out how to play that one part. I tried to half hole the note but it still doesn’t sound right.
I did an exhaustive search on the net but came up with nothing so it must be under copyrite. Please help

Yep…there’s an accidental in there (e#). I just noodled it out, and here’s what I get:

There may be another key it will play more easily in.

I think it’s a little easier to start on D then the only accidental is Ab (G#), which half-holes easily.

Yeah…I just tried this one, and it works very well. Less piercing than starting on high G. Thanks Ridseard!

WoW! Thanks everybody! So many different ways to play it! I think you are right Ridseard. It might be easier that way. I just have to get use to the half-holing thing. I don’t play anything with half-holes yet but now I guess it the best time to start!
