My first “punch a time clock” job was selling Christmas trees outdoors at a local nursery at age 15. The place had a little PA system with three or four cheap speakers. It played a loop of Silver Bells over and over and over and over…The bone-chilling, cold days were not too bad. The cold, bone-chilling days when it was snowing were worse. The cold, bone-chilling days when is rained, well that was really fun. It’s only been 42 years. Silver Bells sure brings back memories. I’ll skip the sheet music. If I ruled the world, there’d be only one rule - no more Silver Bells.

I tried Google by the way, but came up with sites that sold sheet music (I tried several combinations of words that included ‘free’–no luck).

The memory that keeps coming back to me is my Mom playing that song on the piano at a big house we had in Michigan years ago, with my youngest sister sitting on the bench beside her lisping the words. (I wonder what sadistic SOB decided that the word ‘lisp’ absolutely had to have an ‘s’ in it?!)

True. The Tune Finder works better for public domain stuff, but
sometimes with a little work, Google finds things that can’t be found
elsewhere. Google turned up this page, which has some hand-written
sheets for Silver Bells…
