Do any of you know where I could find sheet music for Greensleeves adapted for the pennywhistle on the internet? I think it would be a very pretty song to learn for the pennywhistle!
Cheerio,
S.
Here’s Greensleeves. You even have the option of getting a gif of the whistle tablature.

And if you get bored with Greensleeves, try Green Stamps

The version posted above is really not well suited for the tinwhistle, as there are notes too low to play, requiring you to fuss with it and fake something that sounds good.
The version I have at:
http://www.tinwhistler.com/music/songname.asp?sort=G
fits the whistles range just fine ![]()
Give this version a try.
This is a great practice tune for learning both C natural and G#.

Thanks for giving me the websites you gave me! I found the version Wandering_Whistler gave me to be the easiest to play. I do have a question - can you play the low notes that were in the orginal sheet music for Greensleeves? Is it possible?
Bye bye,
S.
