I am going to be in San Jose CA for a week, any pipers or piper related things going on in the near future?

Hi Jeff,
When are you here? We have a piping class in Redwood City on Wednesdays which is about to end, but if you are here soon you can come check it out. There is also a Sunday night session in San Jose, and a pipers club meeting in San Francisco on the first Sunday of the month.
We have also been known to organize get-togethers for people coming from out of town…
I’m going away for the summer next weekend, but if you pm me with your contact info and dates you’ll be in town, I’ll pass it on to the local boys and girls…

I’ll be there June 5-12
Not piping (mostly) but there IS the Bay Area C & F get-together on June 5th - a lot of us are going to that.
Feadogin, didn’t you say you would be there? I’m pretty sure I’m not the only whistler who secretly wishes they could play the pipes. 
Yep, I’ll be there. You know, it’s never too late to start learning the pipes. 
You can try out my practice set on Saturday if you want…
