Yeah. I paid less than a third of that for an unmodified L. Rowsome deluxe model (with the ivory, popping valve and keyed) not too long ago. Considering the crappy US economy and seeming downturn in piping it may be a while before this one’s sold. Or at least sold in the US

shrug Let’s just say a downturn in prices and purchases. Or so it seems to me on Ebay and from the rumor mill. I could be mistaken. Likely an economic rather than interest downturn.

Foreign auctions (Oddly enough you see sets in France fairly often)
