How are you doing today? compliment of the season to
you and your family. I am emailing to inform you that
the cheque has been sent out to you which i believe
will be delivered to you soon as possible. Not only
that, i was also informed by my colleague that his
senior account officer made a mistake as to the amount
that was supposed to be written on the cheque was for
£380 instead of £3800 but i have assured him that the
remaining overages will be sent back to him once you
have recieved and cleared the cheque before relasing
the item and the funds to anyone.
He has then instructed that you should take out £100
for your troubles as a compasation fee.
I will like to apologise for any troubles this might
cause you i will be expecting your response once the
cheque has been recieved.
