I was in Ireland last month and walked into a pub in Doolin where these guys were playing. I thought the flute player was great and thought you guys may enjoy watching him play a couple of reels. No idea who he is or what the reels are called.

Could well be. It’s a bit hard to see so I went : ‘baldy fella-Doolin=Shannon’ but he did sound untypically rushed. Needless to say, I haven’t been in any of the pubs there in a very long while so I am a bit out of touch who’s playing where.
I followed your suggestion of Peadar Reilly and put him into youtube. You’re right. The fiddle player is Tara Howley.
