Looks like a Joe Kennedy set, although the seller doesn’t confirm the maker.

This is the second time that Celtic Caultron has offered a set up pipes using the same image of a Joe Kennedy practice set. The last time it was a “practice chanter” - one of those contraptions that you blow into. It was advertised as Uilleann Pipes, with the same picture as this set, but the description mentioned that with the set for sale, there was not bag or bellows.

Not very impressive behaviour from Celtic Cauldron. I wonder if Joe Kennedy is aware they’re using an image of his pipes to sell other makers’ wares?
