Maybe there is something here I don’t get but the ad says:
The maker of these pipes is David McCoet of Los Gatos CA.
P.S. I just noticed that the description was revised, so his name wasn’t there before.
I’ve not come across him before and was woundering if anyone else had. Another post is also discussing these pipes.

That should be “Dave McCort” not “McCoet”. I’ve met him a few times at sessions, where he was playing a full set that he had made himself. His pipes sounded exactly like what you would want and expect
