I was in a thrift store last week, and the guy in front of me bought a brass whistle that has an “&” on top of an “I” on top of “H” on the front of the whistle below the window. The whistle looked old but was in good shape and looked to be the size of a Bb. Does anyone know the brand, how old it might be and if it is worth anything? The guy who bought it paid $5. I would’ve bought it if I had gotten there 5 minutes earlier.
