I am curious to know who/where Peter Hunter learned uilleann pipe making from? And whose pipe designs inspired his?

The Hunter D chanters are I think based on a Rowsome bore with very heavy modifications…but he is another enthusiast for the early makers too. Wasn’t he associated with Pat McNulty early on or did I read that that was another Peter Hunter?
Aesthetically his stuff tends to be Coyne inspired.
