Heh. Shouldn’t that be “Less is More”??

Go ahead and make fun of an old man who’s losing his typing chops.

I’ll be 50 an March. Got by present picked our yet?

Oi. Show a bit more respect fer yer elders sonny.

Long as we are splitting hairs, the plural of bouzouki is bouzoukia, rather than bouzouka.

And shouldn’t “dulcimers banjo” have an apostrophe before the ‘s’, if it really is dulcimer’s banjo?

Now I ask you. Is that reasonable?

Yeah, shut up, you old coot.

Not especially. I shall try to do better.

If it weren’t for spliting hairs, I wouldn’t have half the hair I have now. My hair is more like a Surrey with a fringe on top.

If you think about it, ‘More of less’ is an apt description.

Well, when you think about it, it might be a good thing for those of you that are thinning out on the top. If you split all of your hairs, you’d have double what you had to begin with.

Y’know, if you look at it in sort of an abstract way, my present avatar and Izzy’s present avatar are similar in appearance.

Yeah, in a somewhat abstract way, they do.

In my view, though, her’s is suggestive of a pregant woman and your’s is suggestive of trying to pick a lock with a bow, or maybe some freaky looking guillotine.

Funny: At 1st glance Walden’s avatar looks to me like a mousetrap. Like a mousetrap that might catch Jerry Freeman’s mouse.

It feels like we have been relegated to the basement.

I suppose it makes it harder to end it all by jumping out the window.

Will O’Ban

Smile!

Yeah. Look at the bright side.

Dale

“There’s a bright and sunny side of life.
There’s a dark and troubled side too.
Though we meet with sunshine alway,
The troubled side will come again some day.
Keep on the troubled side,
Always on the troubled side,
Keep on the troubled side of life!
It will hinder come what may,
It will darken every day,
If we keep on the troubled side of life.
The storm in all its fury broke today
Crashing hopes that we’d cherished so dear
Everything will in time pass away
So we spend all our days in gloom and fear.
Keep on the troubled side,
Always on the troubled side,
Keep on the troubled side of life!
It will hinder come what may,
It will darken every day,
If we keep on the troubled side of life.”

–as sung by the Waldco Bros. and Smiley

I would love to be 50 years old.
