I like cold weather. I love snow too, it gets me out of class. Pity there’s so little of it here.
Anytime you need some snow Tellegramsam, we can send you some. In upstate NY we have enough for everyone. Snow means not having to mow the lawn. 
It was really HOT here today. Too hot. We picked and crushed 4500 pounds of seyval blanc winegrapes, BY HAND, all day today(9 am til 7 pm) heck , I’m too tired to even write any more. Got to do it again tomorrow.
I wouldn’t say it’s perfect here, unless your idea of perfect is 106 F, ow! It’s likely to be a record high today here in Scottsdale.

I agree, May snow is worthless. But I’d definitely add October to that list, and the first week or two of April to get more of that wonderful spring cross-country skiing, when it’s so gloriously sunny and warm. And gee, it’s practically October already, so I’d be thrilled to start getting snow. We had lots of wind last week and it’s blown all the yellow leaves off the trees at my house, so we’re just waiting for snow. Eagerly! 
I guess that’s why we’re Alaskans.
