OT: San Francisco area housing and MTBing

Hey Loren,

Your moving out to Caleefornia (the way Arnold says it) sounds great. It would be nice to meet you. I’ve played with Tony Higgins, and have met Dave Parkhurst, and that is the extent of my meeting anyone on the board, not to say such a famous person such as yourself. SF is about the most expensive place in the US to live. I’m only about 90 miles away from the bay area, in Sacramento, which is a little less expensive, but on the rise, and quite a long commute. We don’t have the mountains for biking, but lots of flat land, perfect for inline skaters, such as myself. Anyway, I’m looking forward to seeing what you end up doing. It does appear that you want to experience as much of this great country as you can. (Will your next move be up to Washington?)

Anyway, good luck on your decision. Hope to one day meet you.

JP

Infamous is more like it I imagine…

Seriously, thanks for the well wishes and info on Sacramento. However, I doubt I’ll end up in the SF area after all, considering the cost of living and difficulty finding pet friendly accomodations.
