OT: Can I add a JPEG to a Post?

Hey, Im new. Ive seen some pictures included in posts (mostly of the angelic Corrs). If I have a jpeg that is relevant to a post, is there a way for me to include it? Im not sure how to do this.

Nope, you can’t put the picture directly into the post. Relevant section of FAQs:

What you can do is include a link to a picture on an outside site. Check out the image tag in this section:

If you hit the “quote” or “edit” button at the bottom of any post with a picture in it, you’ll be able to see an example of the html tags used.

Hi Kevin,

If you have any web space online, you upload the image and then link it here with an image command or HTML. If you don’t have web space and only need it up for a week or two, you can email it to me and I will host it for you.

Kev, you can’t link to images as images at either Geocities or Angelfire anymore - be sure to set your images up in a page, and link to the page. I had to drop my accounts at both because of this, and now use a web host I have to pay for.

I have posted photographs here that are stored in ‘My Yahoo!’. They have an online ‘photo album’ section that you can upload images to and save there, for linking to in boards such as this!
