A Martello Tower, on Glen Head. It served to give early warning of French invasions during the Eighteenth Century. I never visited it - always seemed to be something else going on when people were making a trip. But some of my friends went and would come back rather wet and telling stories about bog holes and distressed sheep and all sorts of odd experiences.
Beautiful piccies! Mine didn’t turn out nearly as well.. I think part of the problem was that the developer didn’t do a very good job. There are some odd splotches in the corners of some, and some are very overdeveloped. Oh well, I’ll pick out the best of them and load them for ya’ll sometime soon!
You’re not too far from this little session which is going to take place in the E. Bay of No. Caleefornia (Arnold), on the 8th of Nov., at Tony Higgin’s mother’s house. Why don’t you come down for it?
OOooohhh… Getting excited… Deb (my wife) and I are leaving for Ireland on November 2nd! We’re still working out our itinerary… So many places - so little time! We’re definately going to bet taking a bunch of pics!
