Is that it? If so, it’s an online turtoring service. They have a free package of basic lessons; for 20 euro/US$25 per month you can get “online tutoring.” There’s US$13 per month fee over and above the tutoring fee for “online feedback” from your tutor. They offer lessons in all the main Irish instruments, including the whistle. I had time to just sweep around the site quickly so I haven’t looked at the free basic package to see how much tutoring is included or what the quality of their material is.
That’s the one, oaim.ie. It looks like a good line-up of tutors.
