new Jerry Freeman Mellow D whistle

The other day a very dear friend of mine sent me, free of charge, a Jerry Freeman tweaked Mellow D whistle.

I personally know Jerry Freeman to be a shining example of a wonderful bright-hearted generous person, so I tend to forget that he is also an expert whistle tweaker.

I consider myself very very blessed to know Jerry Freeman the person before Jerry Freeman the whistle tweaker, but–and this is a very important but–the fricken whistle ROCKS!! :astonished: :slight_smile:

I haven’t seriously played in forever, but the other day I played The Ten Penny Bit for some friends who’d never heard of a pennywhistle, and I explained that I know the person who fixes the whistles. They thought I was so cool. :smiley:

The bottom note is especially stronger than my last Mellow D that I remember (non-Jerry tweaked), and I like that.
