James Carty will launch his debut solo recording on flute ‘Upon My Soul’ at the opening night of the Return to Camden Festival in London on Friday 20th October. On this CD he is accompanied by Alec Finn on bouzouki, Francis Gaffney on guitar, John Blake on piano and Joe Kennedy on bodhrán. Also appearing on the album is his father, John P on flute and his brother John also on flute as well as banjo.
