How about a new logo on T shirts and coffee mugs, featuring some kind of Irish version of Kokopelli? If they can make a Hasidic version, why not an Irish one? He is an abstract of us all.

I hadn’t really thought about it before, but Kokopelli would make a great mascot for Chiff & Fipple.

Kokopelli is great. Wouldn’t it be possible to sell this stuff in Europe, too? Taxes and shipping are expensive if we buy from the US.

Just got back from a visit to Glenn Schultz, aka Thin Weasel, and you will be gratified to know that he was sporting a C&F T-shirt

Dale,

I hope you took time to ask the permission of the site administrator before you made this shamefully blatant commercial post.

A concerned citizen,
Tom

What? No back-scratchers, beaded seat cushions or gasoline-powered turtleneck sweaters??? What about car sunshades? Man, get with it.

How about a whistle-tweaking apron with bluetack pocket etc?? Where are the tshirts with recorder blocked out with diag red line??? Hey, where are the “I Love CAROLAN” for Sessions t-shirts??

And boy do I feel naive (yet Reasonable) in asking, just what is the National Whistle Associaton??? Am I missing out of paying dues or is this another Clamper hoax? i thought NWA was a rap group.

Reasonably Rantin and Ravin on the West Coast.

I really like I think it’s Tony’s computer generated whistle in hand. I was wondering what ever happened to the idea of getting that whistler in traffic urban celtic image on a tee-shirt or something…

Y’know, with 2000 or so subscribers and all of your vast influence, I think it’s past time that some enterprising whistlemaker came out with a C&F-endorsed ‘Dale Wisely’ model. I, mean, heck, if there’s a ‘Meg’ why the heck isn’t there a ‘Dale’.

Of course , half of our members would love it and the other half would call it the worst whistle they ever tried.

Never mind…

Or what about a T-shirt with a picture of those whistling chipmunks Chiff and Dale.

Still have both T-shirts through years of washing and whistling; they’re great. Kokopelli - the great god of wine, women, and song - all hail! Good idea.

Permission was denied by artist. Maybe I could try again and give him 100% of the profits.

3152 but who’s counting?

RE: Kokopelli

I agree it would be perfect for our logo, but I see it EVERYWHERE.

I have been thinking of doing another t-shirt design contest.

Kokopelli is such a cliche these days. Lets do a contest and see what we can come up with.

Nah. It just doesn’t work.

Just find a more appropriate Chip. I tend toward analog, so I would recommend Burr Brown, myself.

Cool, Vaporlock! Did you find that the sticky tack helped take the screech out at depth?
