Has anyone used one of these to make their whistle? If so, how did it go?

Haven’t gotten one from there but I made a real nice sounding D and Bb using an old sweetone fipple I had laying around.
I have used mouthpieces from C whistles to make B whistles and mouthpices from D whistles to make E whistles. I have used the Howard mouthpiece to make a low whistle using shower curtain rod for the body with fair results the first time, better the second time but still not as good as a Howard whistle.
