Lunasa played a benefit concert in Ithaca, NY, Sunday night, on a double bill with Karan Casey. The boys were in rare form, and the audience went nuts. Double live gonzo, intensity in ten cities and such. It was all I could do to keep from moving in time to the music. Their new CD, The Kinnitty Sessions, is all that, too. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Rochester NY Monday March 8. There may still be time.

Yep, it’s still Cillian, as of last month during the Florida Tionól.
